SPR# DSCZ4L2PDF - In 5.0.4, the Global Encryption kit replaces the International and North American kits. Because there is now one kit, detection code has been added to properly handle Daylight Savings, Timezone, and Currency settings. If the operating system locale is not set to "en-us", default DSTLAW, TIMEZONE, and CURRENCY settings will assume those settings from the obsoleted International kits.
